Let’s be honest, in the maze of manufacturing, there are plenty of pitfalls, missed deadlines, last minute production issues and compromised product quality leading to expensive returns. For years, we’ve been forging global connections with reliable, cost-effective and communicative manufacturers, streamlining processes, and, most importantly, building profitable relationships.
At D2M, our holistic approach ensures that our design engineers are proficient not only in manufacturing but also in design and prototyping. Often the process starts with a design review to ensure that what you plan to put into production is the mst cost effective and appropriate design. Often product designers don’t have direct production experience and so a value engineering approach could save you significant amounts on your tooling and even your unit cost.
This scrutiny can also help minimise the need for significant alterations during production—a service uncommon among most companies. Our integrated expertise not only saves costs but also accelerates development timelines, a unique advantage we bring to the table.
