I don’t have a background in design and this is my first business, so knowing where to start was incredibly daunting. Fortunately I stumbled across D2M, and they put me at ease straight away. From the initial consultation call it was clear that Hellen understood my idea. We sent a few rough sketches but the design Hellen created exceeded my expectations. Not only did D2M help me design my product, they also designed my logo, sourced the materials, created a manufacturing spec sheet and SO MUCH MORE. They even sourced a factory for me.
Every stage was done at my own pace, they didn’t expect an unattainable lump sum up front which allowed me to progress at a comfortable speed.
After almost 2 years, yesterday we launched our website.

Absolutely loved working with Phil and Alistair. They were given a particularly challenging project for which they had very little time to turn around a fully functional prototype. Alistair kept us informed with regular check ins without prompt from ourselves. Massive kudos to Phil and his team and very fortunate to have engaged with them in designing an immaculate and aesthetically pleasing product.
We also tasked them with a design challenge to ensure our product could meet product safety standard. After a few weeks of concept design and review. We ship our product to them in which they completion in a timely fashion.
The area of concern resolved by D2M was not mentioned or flagged in the product safety report. Job well done and very happy with the rest.
