The Story

The SeeMe Pro 360° emerged from the real-world experiences of Jay Singh, who not only navigated London’s bustling streets but also ran a haulage company, witnessing firsthand the dangers posed by inadequate bike lights. Guided by Alistair Patterson, a veteran with over a decade of experience in product development, D2M Innovation embarked on crafting this advanced bike light. Patterson’s deep involvement was pivotal, ensuring meticulous attention to every technical detail, particularly the sophisticated design of light pipes and lenses.

From the outset, the design process for this bike light embraced extensive feedback from the Kickstarter community, whose insights were crucial in tailoring the SeeMe Pro 360° to the needs of its target market—predominantly avid cyclists. This community-driven input led to significant enhancements in usability and functionality, shaping a product finely tuned to user expectations.

The development phase included rigorous testing of the bike light prototypes in a variety of lighting conditions and real-world scenarios, from urban commutes to rural rides at dusk.
