Our concept modelling process transforms hand-drawn ideas into accurate 3D CAD visuals that allow for early visualisation of the product’s form and function. Once the concept is defined, we move into detailed design, modelling every internal and external component with precision. Because we have in-house prototyping workshops, we can test and refine these CAD models rapidly, identifying any design issues or usability concerns before committing to tooling. With a validated prototype and a refined CAD model, we produce a complete set of production files, everything your manufacturer needs to start tooling and production. These include fully dimensioned engineering drawings, 3D CAD files, and exploded views showing how the product assembles.
